Your trust matters to me. This policy explains what information The Single Mom Alchemist™ collects through singlemomalchemist.com, how I use it, and the choices you have.
What I collect
Information you give me: your name, email, phone number, and anything you share when you fill out a form, book a call, sign up for resources, or email me.
Payment information: when you purchase a package, payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
Coaching information: what you share in sessions and between them. I keep this confidential (see below).
Website usage: like most websites, this site uses cookies and analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find it. This data doesn't identify you by name.
How I use it
To respond to your questions and schedule calls and sessions
To deliver coaching and send session reminders and materials
To send weekly inspiration and event news, if you signed up (you can unsubscribe anytime)
To process payments and keep business records
To improve the website
I do not sell or rent your information.
Who helps me run the business
I use trusted services that handle your information on my behalf:
Squarespace (website, forms, analytics)
Calendly (booking)
Stripe (payments)
Google Workspace (email)
Zoom (virtual sessions)
Each has its own privacy policy. I may also share information if required by law.
Confidentiality in coaching
What you share in coaching stays between us. I won't share it without your permission, except where the law requires it or someone's safety is at serious risk.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Just email info@singlemomalchemist.com. Depending on where you live (such as California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and I'll honor them.
How long I keep it
I keep information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete it.
Children
This site is for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
