Payment &Refund Policy

Life with kids is unpredictable, and I get it. This policy keeps things fair and clear for both of us.
Discovery calls
The 30-minute discovery call is free. If you can't make it, please reschedule or cancel through your Calendly link.
Payment plans
Payment plans are available for clients meeting monthly. If you’d like to meet weekly or bi-weekly, payment in full is required.
Compass: 2 monthly payments
Foundation: 3 monthly payments
Full Immersion: 3 or 6 monthly payments
Revisit & Reset: 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments respectively
Automatic payments: installments are charged to your card on file on the same date each month.
Paid in full before your final session: your plan is always complete before we finish.
Want to meet more often? Just pay your remaining balance, and we can pick up the pace.
Failed payments: you’ll have 7 days to update your payment method. After that, sessions pause until. your account is current.
Stopping early: the refund percentages below apply to the full package price. If you’ve paid more than you owe, I’ll refund the difference, if less, the balance is due.
Rescheduling sessions
Need to reschedule? Use the link in your Calendly confirmation at least 24 hours before your session.
Late cancellations and no-shows: sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed, count as used. Life happens, so I’ll waive this once per package.
If I need to reschedule, I’ll let you know as soon as possible, and your session is never lost.
Running late? If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we’ll use the time that’s left and end as scheduled.
Using your sessions:
Compass (3 sessions): use within 3 months
Foundation (6 sessions): use within 6 months
Full Immersion (12 sessions + 1 bonus): use within 13 months
Revisit & Reset (3, 6 or 12 sessions): use within 3, 6 or 12 months respectively.
Unused sessions expire after that window.
Refunds
Refunds are based on how much of your package you’ve completed:
Within 7 days of purchase, before your first session: 100% refund.
Less than 25% of sessions completed: 50% refund of the package price.
25% to 50% of sessions completed: 25% refund of the package price
More than 50% of sessions completed: no refund
How refunds are calculated:
Discounts: refunds are a percentage of what you actually paid. If you bought at a discount, such as launch pricing or a Revisit & Reset bundle, your refund is based on the price your paid.
Bonus session: the Full Immersion bonus session is a gift and isn’t counted when figuring how many sessions you’ve completed. Your percentage is based on your 12 paid sessions.
Once your package’s use-within window ends, unused sessions expire and aren’t refundable.
